The undergraduate ES&L program is distinctively interdisciplinary, emphasizing and engaging with issues that have both theoretical and practical resonance.
Mindful has a similarly interdisciplinary mission: the journal seeks to gather excellent undergraduate papers in a range of fields that address topics that are relevant to society today.
Submissions from all disciplines are encouraged, provided that they fit well with the content of the journal’s affiliate program: Ethics, Society, and Law. This content centres on the increasingly complex ethical challenges that currently face individuals and societies. Any paper with an ethical dimension could be a candidate for publication. More specifically, the journal is interested in addressing these issues through a range of perspectives and approaches, in particular at their point of intersection with legal and social concerns.
We encourage both academic and non-academic submissions, including original photography, illustrations, short stories, interviews and more.
